Book Sale - Saturday May 19, 2012
Glastonbury Book lovers throughout the area will want to highlight their calendars for the latest Friends of Welles-Turner Library used book sale in Glastonbury. It takes place on the lawn of the library at 2407 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT from 9 AM to 5 PM. The sale will put more than 1100 cartons of used books, CDs, DVDs, books-on-CD back in circulation at affordable prices.
Unless otherwise marked, hardcovers are one dollar, most paperbacks are fifty cents and there is a specially priced selection of books at five dollars and above. There are over fifty-four categories to choose from. All proceeds directly benefit the library.

Do you have books, CDs DVDs in good condition that you are ready to share with others? All proceeds from the sale of donated items benefit the library. Please note, the following will not be accepted: record albums, magazines, National Geographic, textbooks over five years old, Encyclopedia sets over ten years old, video tapes and books on tape. Donations can be put in the Book Donation container outside the Library parking lot entrance doors.
